Cancellation and Refund policy
Idafi Technologies is committed to ensuring satisfaction with all the services we provide. This policy outlines the terms regarding cancellation and refunds to set the correct expectations for our clients.
Cancellation Policy
Project Cancellation by Client: Clients can request a project cancellation by notifying Idafi Technologies in writing at least 3 days before the project’s scheduled commencement date. Cancellations will be subject to the following conditions:
a. Projects canceled prior to the commencement date will incur a cancellation fee equating to 40% of the total project cost to cover pre-production costs, including but not limited to preliminary research, planning, and resource allocation.
b. In the event that a project is cancelled after work has begun, but before completion, the client will be responsible for the costs incurred up to the point of cancellation. This amount will be calculated based on the percentage of project completion and resources expended with minimum of 70% cancellation fee.
Project Cancellation by Idafi Technologies: Idafi Technologies reserves the right to cancel a project due to unforeseen circumstances or if the client violates terms of service. In such cases, Idafi Technologies will provide a pro-rata refund for services not rendered.
Subscription Cancellation by Client: Clients can request a subscription cancellation by notifying Idafi Technologies in writing. The cancellation will take effect from the next billing cycle.
a. All requests for cancellation need to be placed at least 3 business days prior to the renewal date.
b. Cancellation requests made after payment has been processed for the upcoming billing cycle will be effective from the following billing cycle.
Subscription Cancellation by IdaFi Technologies: Idafi Technologies reserves the right to cancel a subscription due to non-payment or if the client breaches our terms of service. The subscriber will be notified about the cancellation in writing.
Refund Policy
Pre-Project Refunds: Refunds requested prior to project commencement will be subject to a cancellation fee, as detailed in the Cancellation Policy. The balance, after deduction of the cancellation fee, will be refunded to the client.
Post-Project Commencement: Once a project has commenced, Idafi Technologies is committed to client satisfaction. However, due to the nature of web development work:
a. Any refunds for work-in-progress or completed work will be at the discretion of Idafi Technologies.
b. Refunds for hours or milestones completed will typically not be provided, as these constitute completed work for which Idafi Technologies has allocated resources and costs.
Non-Refundable Services:
Certain services may be non-refundable, including but not limited to:
Domain registration
SSL Certificate costs
Hosting services
Subscriptions
Third-party services
Quality Assurance: If there is a discrepancy in the quality of the services provided, the client must notify Idafi Technologies within 7 days of receiving the deliverable. Idafi Technologies will endeavor to remedy the situation through revisions or additional support, rather than offering a refund.
Processing of Refunds: All approved refunds will be processed within 15 business days of approval and will be issued to the original payment method used by the client.
Late or Missing Refunds: If you haven’t received a refund within the stipulated time, please check your bank account again before contacting your credit card company. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
General Terms
IdaFi Technologies reserves the right to modify or change the cancellation and refund policy at any time without prior notice.
